It’s a given that every kid (and adult) craves frozen yummies in the heat of summer. These are a fun snack that require very little prep time and are so simple the kids can jump right in and help! And…. eating one of these bad boys has to be healthier than downing a giant bowl of ice cream, right?
Frozen Graham Sandwiches
- 10 – 12 graham crackers halved
- 1 container of a 6oz yogurt (your choice of flavor!)
- 1 1/2 cups whipped topping thawed + small amount for frosting the tops
- 1/2 cup chopped berries of choice
Use a spoon to gently combine the yogurt and whipped topping. Fold in berries. Spoon evenly onto half of the graham cracker halves. Use a knife to spread a thin layer of whipped topping on the remaining graham cracker halves, add sprinkles, and place on top of sandwiches. Pop in the freezer for a couple hours and enjoy!
I used raspberry yogurt, because it’s my favorite. 🙂
